2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.


3. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.


4. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on December 30, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST(“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.


5. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may receive entries by making a purchase at mcneesknives.com as follows:

* One (1) entry for every $5 spent on qualifying purchases

* Twenty (20) bonus entries for each qualifying order of $500 or more

Bonus entries for orders of $500 or more may be claimed a maximum of ten (10) times per person during the Promotion Period.


Entries earned through purchases will be automatically credited based on qualifying orders completed during the Promotion Period.


B. Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In Entry – No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” × 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each properly completed and mailed card will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) days thereafter to be eligible.


Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or mass-produced entries are void.


Mail-in entries will have the same odds of winning as entries received through purchase.


6. Entry Limits

Each entrant may earn an unlimited number of standard entries through qualifying purchases or mail-in entries; however, bonus entries for orders of $500 or more are limited to a maximum of ten (10) bonus awards per person during the Promotion Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate or abuse the entry process.


7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the prize(s) described in the Promotion materials.


Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $849 USD


No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.


8. Winner Selection and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.


10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. A Form 1099-NEC may be issued if required by law.


11. Email Communications

By entering the Promotion online, entrants agree to receive email communications from McNees Knives. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email. Unsubscribing from email communications will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.


12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.


13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
