Christmas Shipping Update

Merry Christmas, ya filthy Knife Freaks!

Speaking of Christmas, if you're looking to put something special from McNees Knives under the tree this year for you or your signficant other, please be sure to get those orders in no later than Monday, Dec. 15. With limited shipping options available, it'll be the last day we can feel confident that orders shipped to certain parts of the U.S. should arrive in time.

As always, we will get everything out to you as soon as possible. Thank you all for your continued support. We hope everyone has a blessed and peaceful Christmas and a wonderful New Year!

Shipping Times and Charges
  • We make every effort to ship your McNees Knives order within 1-3 business days.  
  • Shipping times are out of our control and CANNOT be guaranteed once they leave our shop.
  • Shipping charges are listed for each product/order during the checkout process. 
Shipping Delays

If your order experiences a shipping delay, please remember that McNees Knives has no control over the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx and their delivery of packages. 

We typically allow shipments at least two to three weeks after the ship date to arrive before taking any action to find late and/or missing packages. 

If you have not received your package within 30 days, McNees Knives will provide a refund and you can return the package if it arrives.

International Shipping

International customers must:

  • Pay any and all shipping fees, taxes, duties, etc.
  • Pay all shipping fees for returns and exchanges or warranty work
  • Understand the carry laws in their country and have proper permits where applicable

We DO NOT falsify customs documents. We will list exact items and values, in accordance with national and federal laws. If you believe your items might be seized at customs when labeled appropriately, please consider the risks before ordering. We will not process a refund or replacement on any international shipment that does not reach its destination whether lost, seized or damaged.

Third-Party Shipping

McNees Knives does not ship orders to third parties under any circumstance.
