Returning Items

The following form should be used to request service, maintenance, or warranty work, or if you need to return an unopened, unused McNees Knives product that meets our Return Policy.

IMPORTANT! Please do not send any items to McNees Knives until we acknowledge your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
