If you have a McNees Knives blade or other EDC product that needs service, please complete our online Service Request form before you send anything to us. We will provide shipping information and a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be included with your shipment.
Wrap your knife or other EDC items in a cloth or similar material for protection and seal securely. Please be sure to include your entire knife, not just single parts such as a blade or handle.
When sending an item for service, include a note inside your package with the following information:
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you remove and hold onto any third-party components such as pocket clips, etc. before sending your item to us. McNees Knives cannot be responsible for loss or damage to third-party components.
A couple of things to keep in mind when shipping items to us:
