Warranty Process

If you have a potential warranty issue, please complete our online Service Request form before you send anything to us. We will provide the shipping address and a return authorization (RA) number that must be included with your shipment.

When sending an item for warranty work, please include a note inside your package with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Return shipping address
  • Email address
  • Phone number including area code
  • Full description of the problem

If we find that the issue with your product is not covered under warranty, we will contact you with a quote prior to performing any repair work.

Detents and Blades

DETENTS: McNees folding knives are made to exacting specifications, including detents. We do not modify detents, and being unable to “flick” or "Spydie flick" your McNees folding knife open is not covered under our warranty.

If you have other questions, please watch this YouTube video to learn more about the detent on your McNees folder. https://youtu.be/gEEW667vrhw

BLADES: The blade on your McNees folding knife has been hand-fit with the handle to ensure optimal performance. For that reason, you should not swap blades from one folding knife to another. A blade that has been swapped and does not fit appropriately is not covered under warranty.
